How to create one item with parameters like: nocturnal + 20, 5 stars?

Hello everyone, how can i can create one item like this one:
Holy sword ( holy element) (+20) (130%) (nocturnal) (5 stars)

i know how to create with nocturnal, destroyer, etc...
example: /ci 10001 2131
that is what i've got on my search, i would to know how to add + 20, % and stars.
