I would show a screenshot but I haven't played GMS in ages

I've tried looking in UI>UIWindow1-6 and Map>Effect.img but I still have yet to find it


It's that little float notice looking thing when they turn 2x exp and 2x drop on, on GMS, anyone know where to find them? Much thanks
