I am a bit confused. It seems they all use "x" no matter what stat they are passively increasing, so how do you specify that it is for accuracy, or weapon def, or attack, etc.
It's hard-coded into the client. For example, for mastery skills there's a client function called get_weapon_mastery and in there it gets the "x" value from the skill and assigns the value to "pnACCInc" (variable that's used to increase player's accuracy later on). In a different function it could be getting the "x" value from wz and using it for attack or weapon def. I don't think you could make the x node for one skill be used for any stat of your choosing without editing the client itself.
