WZ mobRate should go higher or lower?

if i want a big spawn rate, should i make mobRate higher or lower? is it mob per second? or spawn per second?

depends you can make the spawn delay to where you kill a mob and it instantly spawns again this would be better also will help with lag issues - Spawn per second
