WZ How far can we modify skills (beyond just visuals)?

Can we edit how skills function? Can we modify if they stun/poison/freeze/burn? Can edit classes and mix and match skills to create interesting hybrids?

Can we copy one skill and paste it overtop of an existing skill to replace it? For example, can I replace "Bow Booster" for Bowman with "Shadow Partner"?
