WZ Wz Editing up to date Capes to a lower version?

Hi, I had a question about wz editing capes with those effects. I got the non-effect capes imported fine but not effects. I was wondering if its broken or do I import other things besides Itemeff and SetEffect

The only way to do it for v62/v83 from higher versions is to manually create a SetEff sub for every cape you've taken from ItemEff.
