I followed the Mabinogi Heroes Tutorial and now this one. Just about every thing seems to be working. I can launch what the server and connect with the US client. The Supply Depot doesn't work, but as stated elsewhere, Item Festival makes that fairly irrelevant.

Except I cant leave Colhen. If I try to walk to Rocheste the screen just turns black and I can sit there listening to the sounds of Colhen until I'm blue in the face. If I try to take the boat or carriage it'll take my money and just leave me there. If I relog after taking any form of fast travel I'll come back in the Colhen Inn, but everybody there will be the occupants of the Inn that corresponds to whichever region failed to load earlier. Also, I will no longer be able to leave the Inn. If I check the CharacterInfo table of the character its RegionCode column will have change.

Any ideas if there and where I messed up the setup? Sorry If it was mentioned else where and I missed it.
