Crash with new account + char

A mystery when i create a new account and make a char when goto town crash without error popup.

Existing account works without problem even characters on lv1!!
When i run older client TW i can create account + char with no problem but i when i use EU i cant
Strange enough older account ive ever created im able to play... this confusing me :blink:
Can someone explain?

I have the same exact issue with the new Eu1.69 delia bins!
I can only play using older account!
The game window just closes when loading the inn/colhen.

there are 2 servers, Delia and the 1.69 upgraded from 1.65 server, which is yours?
anyway that happens cuz the server does not support something that is enabled.
try to disable the "Attendance_Newbie" feature in "FeatureMatrix" table.
you've to clear the "heroes.dbo.AttendanceNewbieInfo" table too.

If i download the Delia's bin and replace the old with the new databases (like gunjack said in this tutorial http://forum.ragezone.com/f944/release-delia-server-files-1145005/index11.html ), can i have delia or you think i will have some problem without vmware ?

the vm thing is just another operating system like linux or windows running on top of your current operating system. so, you can replace the files, it's just the same but remember the db on Delia server needs to configure a lot of settings or else you'll have lot's of problem like crashing right when trying to go into the city.

Thank you for you answer jojorne.. I tried a few minutes ago to replace the client's files and the server's bin file with Delia's files, and my client crash befor i can enter the Login screen :/ I think i need to change different things but i don't know exactly what :| My inbox is now empty, you can send me a message if you want ( or give me your discord / skype name so we can speak easier) Thanks again for you help!

:w00t: Thank you jojorne it confirm the problem, i was useing the delia version 1.69.
in dbo.AttendanceNewbieInfo there is a starttime and Entime. afther that time the char wont crash after the loading screen to colhen. Explains the frustrating creating a new account and existing account. Deleting those lines in dbo.AttendanceNewbieInfo im able to create new accounts!!!

Im gonna change featurematrix aswell
