Not getting any exp in battle quests

I don't appear to be getting any exp other than from story quests in town.

I've not modified any exp rates in featurematrix and they all seem to be normal, does anyone have any idea what might be going on?

Same here, but if you try to play LAN with a friend you will get exps and everything.

don't panic, it's normal, the first quests(dangeons) not give gold and experience, but experience gives completing storylines

I believe that some of the quests request are wrong like the "Gold Gnoll Leather"
that is why you might become stuck at lv 9, you just can't complete the quest.
