Help to setup a 1.69 Vindictus server or more recent

i was looking the tutorials to setup a vindictus server, but im kind of lost, i didnt found any tutorial about 1.69 only found a detailed one but is 1.65 i think

how can i use this one without a VM?

download vm file
zip server on vm
move to your pc its simple.

Servers have no version just client. Use 1.69 clients if you want more contents.
