Cant login

hi people,
im new here and i need to know something

my server is ok,but i can not login whit the client, i have shared the Og client whi the sauron patch, i have pu the ini whit the gameserver ip but say me failed connect to the server

2 question: how can i make a account for login?

but how can i create a account for my server??
and i must patch my client whit sauron patch or whit the patch that i crate whit cabal_patch?

and why if i start the bat in the client when i click ok nothing happend?

must i upload on the server the patched files from "saur0n sync patch" to? couse on the server self i have upload chumpys client and i have install it nothing more.
