Can't Find Normal Item Level

i've been looking for this katana level in cabal.dec and item.scp but ca'nt find it.

anyone can help?

Thanks for the reply ^_^

i'll try it again on item.scp. Changing all Mxlvl = 0 to 190, 1 by one to see where the location of the item.
