Files Asking for Help but it goes wrong

x pasa files not working on me if i use other client it will connect until channel and stop there but if i use the files of xpasa and other things when i cabal_start the world and login wont connect to localhost but i already did my local ip in //WorldSvr_01_01.ini and LoginSvr_01.ini i also check magic key using cabalmain ver 374, and magickey 543957823
