yes. im supposing you want to host your own server instead of paying for an existing one? so what is your problem ?

you need to start by having a public static ip address . this might mean you need to pay your isp(internet service provider) $$

idont want to make it online just Offline i just want to build only for me :v

Problem > idont knw i already try annd follow Tuan565 instuction/Guid but wont work and also dont know what VM he use
