Help Please Eternal Chaos Arena Option ID

I tried searching and i found nothing, i tried opening and looking at cabal_msg.dec and found 3623-2129 item id=3623 and option=2129 but when in-game it only shows material..

Many can cause this, item.enc can be the cultprit

thanks man that helped alot, why i cant see this in my cabal_msg? can i ask more uhmm how about, holy windmill, labyrinth, devils tower 2, pandemonium, and edge of phantom.. they share same problem i cant see like this ECA..
