Help me please my friend can't conncet to my server channel

Hello i try to open server cabal ep8 so i can connect to my server and channel but my friend
only can connect to login but he can't conect to channel
when he click login and choose channel and click connect it nothing happend
and i try on his computer use Bega admintool to connect my database and he can connect

Use "IPAddress" from [WorldSvr] if you want your friend to connect on your server you've made.
