[Help] Tutorial for Web Cabal Install

how to install web cabal? i tried using apache and installing it on htdocs that's all i know how to work with apache. i can't find any tutorials, only releases, thank you

use xampp 1.7.1

if you can afford cpanel hosting go buy 1 just make sure the cpanel hosting php version is supported the mssql extension and u have to ask the provider to open port 1433 for outbound connection also ask to open ssh access so u can use composer if you wanna try to install a website with composer framework
