Can run the server in 1 PC ?

Depends on how fast your computer. If you are planning to host hundreds of players, a dedicated one is the solution.
And if you wnat to host your server in your personal computer, must install centos as well as mssql separately, means you have to VMWare the server.

intel g4560
8gb ram
4gb videocard

completely possible. but I do not recommend... there are a lot of bad people, and if u wanna run server from your own PC required open firewall, etc...

Because otherwise the connection VMWare (centOS) <-> MSSql (Windows) wont work.

im start host cabal only using laptop. asus a43s for 2 years player can reach up to 1xx. after the psu problem, i buy pc to host.

pc - windows 7 ( so can i can play dota ) for mssql
vmw - centos for server
