add new portal from map to map

Hi,is there any way can I add new portal to other map?
For example,add a new portal in Temoz that I can directly move to skygarden or other places.
I do not mean by NPC teleport.
I already search fourm and found a tutorial,but it can only edit the existing portal,not create a new one.

Yes you can. first understand the NPC.ull file and 1.n_ndt ...

if you need teleporter then look all teleporters like kinstone Linsen Ardour ,, in NPC.ull you will get it

Sorry,but I think you dont get what I mean.
Maybe is because of my poor english.XDD
I mean make a entrance in map to other place just like I can go to Wolfreck by the entrance in Temoz.

Open .map file in hex editor and search (map number and X Y) and replace which map you want .. i hope you understand -_-

But what i want is to make a new portal not edit the existing one.
For example,In C1,there is no portal to go back to Carode.
I want to create a new portal in order to go back
