Convert the item files i.e. IT0, IT1 etc to text and edit the price of each item specified in that file. Later convert text file back to binary file.

There is no tool in this forum to convert text to bin i guess.

It will be better to just edit the bin file itself using a Hex editor.

Also, remember to put the file client side after converting it to ull and rename IT0 to 0 and IT1 to 1 and paste them in zonedata/item folder.
