Item 9990 and CharDB 8880 executables have to be started first! Later start Main Server, Account Server and Zone Server.

Sir you did not start executables named 'Main Server', 'Account Server', 'Zone Server' and 'Battle Server'. If you start these it should connect unless there is some configuration mistake!

The database are connected or not, if not do the database and registry step properly, of its not linked it wont work properly .
