What does this say? I know its not about mapinfo.ini in any of the server folder.?
DB connection prob? or somefile cant be read by xxx.exe file?

you need to specify where exactly you are getting this error. By running which file and when?

Gotcha, I was facing problem with all Exe files MS, AS,ZS,BS,CS all. this is because my antivirus was blocking its executables even after i disabled my antivirus. Hence, i uninstalled my antivirus and all exe worked like charm... I LOVE A3 tt1:
