Window Mode

is there a way to move the windows when you playing in window mode?

because that gay blue bar on the top, which lead to i'm missing small part of my game screen on the bottom.

my desktop is using 1024x768

you need to raise the desktop to 1280x1024 , or then use fullscreen instead ( if you cant do 1280x1024 ) you can always alt tab
