If i ain't wrong you must disable the quest from the start , cant remenber name but look for it

just remove the zone out of the database lul or better say disable it

or just disable quest 45 go to t_quest in newproject_data find tutorial quest (45) and where it says enable just put a 0 or delete quest altogether
