accept or decline clan invitation - Help Please

I already installed IIS, I changed a clan system but continued this problem, open a window and not open to accept or cancel. The same occurs with Warning.asp when you open the server and disable .... Any solution ?????

sorry whats actually happening? or whats not happening? so you get that window yea? then you accept and it fails?
