Good afternoon, I created a vps with windows server 2012 R2 DATACENTER in the google cloud, I have configured the server files correctly but I can not connect to the server, I would like to know if there is something to configure in the google cloud and Windows.
If someone could do a mini tutorial or give some advice on how to configure the google vps I would appreciate it.

opened correct ports? is it recognizing the connection attempt? is it connecting to the database?

everything is configured correctly, in another forum I was told that the google vps does not work with any sql.dll, do you know anything about it?
