want the npc that sells premium items in game for real money, and npc that cleans the items by taking the aging and mixing without taking out the spac of the item.

What server have you seen this on? If it was on RealmPT then good luck, they don't share anything and it would have been their own custom creation.

I have not seen it on ePT, I can't speak for brpt or kpt though.
