SoD not starting

Hi All

Anyone had any experience with SOD not starting?
I have it set for event_hardcore 2
i have the same server files on my home testbed server and on my web public server.

but for some reason the one on my home server works fine but the public one will never start.
you'll just be stuck in the first field until you relog.

Anyone come across this before?

Found the problem.
I had removed Web from the monster files and that was causing it to now start.
