swapping the game.exe icon

I change the icon by the resource hack of game.exe and it is giving game.exe when it opens ... would it have some other tutorial or program? I thank you !:w00t:

You're on the right path to use Reshack to change icon. I dont see any problems with your procedures or tools of choice.
What's your issue exactly?

Using reshacker is the right method,
I note in mine that the game.exe has two different icons, are you changing the right one?

Remember with resource hacker if the icons are not 100% the same size, the exe size can change.
This is all good and well if your game exe is stand-alone, but if it depends on a secondary .dll file that controls lots of aspects of the game (like some private servers do) it can throw off the memory injection locations, causing the game to not work.
