No ground tile showing up?

Hi all!
Been a while since I posted in this section. I was wondering if anyone could tell me reason my client looks like this? Any speculation is fine. This is an old game I'd like to see a private server for. Even though the client at hand may be a bit newer. The client seems to have a few bugs with certain English punctuation. I'd like to try the client with DirectX 7. Or if some could try the client on a machine that hasn't had it resources eaten by the server :p. I'f you want to help me in this case send me a pm.

I'd like to see a new server just as much as you, but right now theres a lack of capable hosting I think :-) If anyone has the resources to start a new server, please dont hesitate
