[tool release] bmp2nri (nori) loading screen editor

I hope this will help, I am releasing the .BMP to .NRI (NORI) Loading screen editor for 16 bit and 24 bit .BMP images.
I hope everyone else starts releasing now that I have taken the first step

theres anyway to convert more than one BMP into only one nori file?

you have to do it by hand atm, waiting on pyrosamurai to update his tool before we can properly create nri files.
