Does anyone know how to change ferrie so he offers the kings quest without doing all the guide quests of nyos/dyos? thanks!.

Trivial. Make an item that awards the quest id of "King's Quest" upon use. TASKDICE_ESSENCE, is the structure that will allow for such an item.
