Looking for Tut on how to make Custom NPC Buffs

Greetings!

Anyone here knows how to have "Buffs" coming from an NPC? For example Full Priest's Buff and so on and you just have to interact with a NPC to trigger it.

this requires a Task Editor, Ai Editor and a Elements Editor, on top of this you also need a npcgen if you want your own npcs, you need to trck down the skill library files on the server side to get the required skill data for the ai path
