weirdness after wipe

ok so after wiping character database and account database, when i start the server and login to a newly created account it does this

anyone know whats causing that? seems to happen with every new account as well

edit: if i only wipe the character and uname db and leave the account db alone, this issue doesn't happen.

create 4 accounts before user accounts start, those are default roles for races ingame.
