Server Requirements

I searched mostly everywhere and im am sorry if i missed it.
But could anyone tell me what are the server requirements for lets say an good server which can support 500-600 players (not that i would be able to get that many , but to have a good host)

Good host is the one that you make it home.
How?
Simple 1 pc.
1 cd/usb whit freebsd
You install Freebsd after you make all seting.
And tho have ip static.
So let's se i use 12G Ram for my servar.

you need atleast 100 mb network download/uplink and strong cpu in order to hold that amount lag free
