Change the language from english to others？

Hello， anyone would teach me how to change the language from enlish to others?
which files i need to change?

just replace NDxxxx.edf file form another language to en-gb folder.
ex: ndshop, nditem etc



and for notice/info language, please learn more datatable/en-gb ; ru-ru etc folders on files
