How to Change Sell Values in 2.2.3.2?

I recently set up a 2.2.3.2 server (Thanks likertuban!!) and everything works, however, even the lowest level booty items are selling to the vendor for like 16,660x normal value... I made like 10 million disena by level 5 :\

I want a more vanilla experience and I didn't see anything in ANY of the INI files, nor did searching here help. Anyone know which .DAT I need to edit? And more importantly, where in the .DAT? I combed through itemlooting.dat and a few others but I didn't see any obvious place to edit this.

Also, if anyone already has a server with like 2-5x sell rates, maybe you could send me whatever file this info is stored in?
