Elven wand animation problem

someone asked me to post this coz she cant login on ragezone anymore but. As what she said
Elven Wand had animations while buffing also on melee attacks but when you use Attack Force Skills there is no animation.

Anymore have any idea or has the missing ani files? even archon authority wand also has no animation

man i was playing on rf Xtreme or something like that there was animation for Elven Wand and for skills like meteor in weapons also a lot of futures but i did'n save that client probable was able to extract from there i was shockt how many broken things on all server was fixed there ..
