if i type 127.0.0.1 in browser works fine but if i type my VPS IP server it become Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/2.2.4 (Win32) PHP/5.2.3 Server at xxx.x.xxx.xxx Port 80

I already change "Deny" to "Allow" in httpd.conf and I already search on google but all the tutorials and forums did'nt solve my problem please help..

This is an Apache server configuration issue and not really RF related.

Check your Apache error log, it'll tell you why the 403 error is occurring. More than likely you do not have your virtualhost for the server IP configured properly. Look up information on setting up Apache virtual hosts for additional server IPs and you will find your answer.
