Register: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mssql_connect()

Please Help Guys (RF offline Giga 4 Eps 2 )

i have problem can't create new account
that shown Fatal error: Call to undefined function mssql_connect() in C:\AppServ\www\registerN.php on line 110

on the line 110 is : $conn=mssql_connect($host,$sql_user,$sql_pwd) or die("<center><b>Critical Error</b><br>impossible to connect to the database<br><br><a href=registerN.php><img src=retour.jpg border=0></a></center>");

if you guys have any solution with my noob question please comment below

Your webserver's PHP configuration is missing the MSSQL extension (mssql_). Install mssql_ in PHP and it'll fix your issue.
