Tool rate!

Someone knows how to increase the rate of this tool? i have been trying to look for it, but i can't find it, thanks in advance!

but, rarely i get intense... it works on low level weapons to get intense..for examplee... i broke 19 weapons and 1 intense !, i wanted to increase the rate of intense but no success yet

ItemMakeData.dat, change intense item rate to 10000 and other item to 0, and you will get 100% intense item rate ??????

It has to be with the Zone, thanks you for the help

Even at 10000 it is not 100% on 53-55 items, the zone has a cut off which needs to be hexed to fix it. Also when you hex it, it tends to break the pts for spec.
