I wanted a A3Client.exe. I have searched Previous Posts but not a single Link is working.. can any one upload it for me?

Sorry i m using mobile so cant upload it. But you can download a patch from this link and extract the a3client.exe from it.
The a3client.exe is hexed to ip 115.124.126.179 currently so just replace it with ur ip
