Client Teleport list can not change >> wl.ull

Please help me

Problem
- I Cant not change teleport list of NPC (like Linsense or Klinstone or others NPC)

- I try to change it or eventhought delete file >> wl.ull but the teleport list in game > did not change ????


Background
- I use A3 from A3 Release >> A3 Server 219 files - Episode 5 - ZoneServer Taiwan IV

becuase of the original links of above ref is all dead

- I read and search all of word "Teleport Edit" or in RZ and try to follow or others knowlegde

in TT client WL.ull has diff name, dont remember it, check forum
