Creating A3 Personal/Private Server

Hi Guys,

I was looking for the files to create a private server but apparently all links are either dead or are confusing & don't make sense. I would really appreciate if some one could share server creation files & client files with me. Even a download link will help too. Also a step by step guide to create a server. i tried to create my own server with files currently available in a few other posts but it gives error when i try to load the server.
