[Help] Display Messages & Info

Hi All,

I've been looking in RZ on how to change the shouts when you login to a game. Got many information to hex zoneserver and edit a few files.

I am unable to change the Quest Exp/Drop Rate/Exp information displayed at the top. Also there is a message for event comming up every few seconds.

I've highlighted the same in the screenshot, please click the link below. Any info or help will be highly appreciated.
