What you are facing is a unique problem. Try getting a different set of files from the server and try setting up the server again. It shouldnt be much of a problem now that you've already set it up one.

And when you are uninstalling SQL Server - make sure you delete its entries from the Registry too and make a backup of your databases if there is any information stored on them.

Yeah. Do that and if possible try with a different set of files this time. I could have given you my files but the problem is that I have edited most of my files and new stuff have been installed and I cannot share them here.

Try and download a different set of files and try with them. The problem should not persist.

I finished to catch the server files of the PostiBack A3servergame.exe, only modified the IP'S and the version of the server in 202 (he was 117 and 121), I reinstalled the MS to 2000server +spk2k3k, restored the DB's, verified the OBDC's, the same continue having problem in not creating a personage or character.....

i tried re-doing the serevr frm scrach...deleted registry entries.. removed all server files frm my HD...put thm agn...reinstaleld evryting (INCLUDING BDE)...still im not able to create a char...
AccError 0x1002 still persists...
and u still havent told me abt the Blank frmDebug window that opens up in 8880ASD.exe

Protisback files are totally incomplete. They have a huge number of missing files which are causing all these problems. Please get a different set of files for yourself.

Search the forums. And search for files uploaded by razorback. They are nearly complete. Just a few additions need to be done but they are not major problems or error creators while launching the server.

ive also tried Hyo-Ja files ( i think index is 23 :( )....that dosent work either...

Hyo-Ja aka Razorback's files are good unless they have already been edited with. Psyknx's files also have a few stuff missing.

Please follow Legendary's Guide correctly using the Razorback's files. You should be able to get the job done. And before installing the server again, please make sure that you have the set of complete Databases and also that all the entries in the registry previously made have been deleted. Thank You.

still a minor prob...i cannot use gm commands...all i get is cheat ok in kh chat but nuthin happens...@MYLEVEL/161 works...but i dont get aura niether stat pts...and i go in negative %...
and yes the friends list prob too...but il lsort it out...

@MYLEVEL/ only changes the value of the Level. Does not increase your stats.
Put That Code and Reconnect and you will see the aura.

There are a lot of other GM codes that I posted - The post is now a sticky. Please have a look at that. Will help you out..!!

The Friend's list issue has been discussed by me thousands of times. Please search the forums for it..

You dont worry about your server. I wont rest till I get it working for you. You work hard.

Do as I said, reinstall with a different set of files. Should solve your problems. There are lot of files missing in the Protisback server files that are using.

Here is the syntax for the codes.

That is for the item codes. The rest others in that chat mode do not require the ":" ... Will work normally too. Here "XXXX" stands for the item code in the shop.

If the files you have are of Razorback and are working totally without any errors - Yes, please upload them either to filefront or Rapidshare. It will be useful to a lot of players.
