Need Help in Some Issues

I have seen in other a3 servers that when you level up your Shue from level 100 to 101 shues attack and defence gets increased my 100.
P lease tell me how to make 101 level ess with attack 303 and defence with 202.
My Secend problem is that after level 100 when we use neri's it gets used up but no exp is given to shue (Please Help)
My Third and last problem is that when a aura (level 161 to 165) player dies in my server player aura get disappears every tim player return to town.
Pleas guys help me i will be very greatful.

A3 is meant to be like that. Leveling a shue about 100 is not possible.

I dont want to level up my ess through killing creeps after level 100 i want to use nery S, M, L and nery G to level up u ess after level 100.
Please tell me how to do so . Please bro
and any hint about other issus . and thanx for the reply......
