Monsters Skills & Character Damage

Hello Guys

There are 2 problems



How to remove monster skills power from server??? Like (Stoned 15 sec)
u can see in image
i wont to remove that power....which file should i have to edit for that??

and 2nd problem is i need to change the characters damages on monsters...
how to increase the damage of character on monsters..???

Second problem can be solved by either increasing the damage of a weapon or by giving more stats to your character.
