Puting Level limit of a map

I have a question. Is there a way to set the lower level limit of players in a map. Like using Gm commands i am able to set the Higher level as 165 but getting problems as in to put in the lower level limit of players to enter a particular map.
To be specific , I want players of 160-165 to be able to enter a map or say specific 161 players. Is there a way?

Maybe an intermediate software which analyses packets and checks level of character trying to enter a particular map...

suppose u wanna dnt let 160 lvl player Enter to 38 Map i.e T4
code is @MAPLEVEL/38 160

See when i use gm commands ie @MAPLEVEL/20 160 , It puts the higher limit @ 160 that means players from 1-160 can only enter NC !
What i want is 160-165 that is putting higher limit of level as 165 and lower limit as 160. I think this is not possible by GM commands if it is then would request someone to test and tell me!

Not possible in existing file's commands..
U have to modify zoneserver !
