This Software is about adding the value of different stuff like bless etc to the item code entered

Download at your own risk. This file is virus free but is not scanned since some days.
So scan it first, then try using it..

Its written in VB6 hence its too basic and easy to understand.

Some instructions are wrong like Weapons' Level should not exceed that 10.
But Since u are setting up a server, you should have that much commonsense to understand options !
